Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment’s service cost. “No show/no call” appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the appointment that was missed. When an appointment is not canceled prior to the beginning of the appointment time, it is considered a “no show/no call”. 

As we are “By Appointment Only,” please give us a call at (402) 261-4198. If we are unable to answer your call, kindly leave a message on the answering system and we will return your call within 24 hours during our normal business working hours. All messages on our machine are time-stamped. Social media messages, emails, and other forms of contact other than via phone calls may not be accepted for cancelations.

Sunday: Closed*
*We are open most, but not all Saturdays.
